1 Palm Pressure on Back of Leg

Kneeling parallel to the receiver’s leg, press down the centre of the leg with your palm or the “dragon’s mouth” hold, using your body weight. Keep your “mother” hand on the buttock and press very lightly on the back of the knee and moderately on the calf. As you approach the ankle, squeeze gently as well as pressing. Repeat once.

2 Knee Pressure on Back of Leg

Support yourself with your hands at the top and bottom of the leg. Squat on tiptoe, keeping your knees above the leg’s midline. Now lightly “bounce” your knees up and down the centre of the leg, avoiding the knee area. Don’t kneel on the leg – you should be able to drop your knee on to it as lightly or heavily as you wish.
